1 month in and still going!! 🙌🏽👏🏽🎉

We are only 4 visits into this sweet babies care plan and mom is already noticing big changes! with consistent weekly chiropractic care and craniosacral therapy in my office + craniosacral stretches recommended for parents to do at home we can address concerns like this baby was having such as head shape concerns and head preferences due to neck tension🙌🏽

After noticing a head preference (baby favoring looking to the right) and head flattening on that side (plagiocephaly) the pediatrician suggested a consultation for a helmet… this mama decided to try Chiropractic first and Thank God she did!!

Baby’s heads are constantly changing and growing it’s so important to get them checked by a pediatric chiropractor early on at the first sign of tension, head preferences, latch issues, or flattening to help them develop optimally, hit milestones, and avoid unnecessary interventions✨

Meet HER 🫶🏽😍

Hi friends and welcome to my business page! I have a passion for helping women like me who are on or entering the crazy world of motherhood and beyond! Besides my Doctorate in Chiropractic I did additional training to obtain my Webster Technique Certification from the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) which allows me to adjust pregnant women 🤰🏽 in a gentle, specific, and effective way! This does wonders for back pain and tension in the body so both mama and baby can have a more comfortable pregnancy journey and birthing experience!

I’ve also completed additional pediatric and infant training coupled with years of experience working with the pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric populations and experiencing the small and big miracles chiropractic has to offer🙌🏽 I have a 5 month old daughter who is the love of my life next to my husband and 2 doodles (yes the whole family gets adjusted✨) and I am both honored and excited to share my chiropractic journey on this platform and plant roots in my hometown Lakeland FL to share the gift of chiropractic with as many families as possible!

As a former college athlete 🏐💪🏽 I experienced the benefits of Chiropractic Care personally and obtained manual therapy certifications that allow me to help my athlete patients optimize their range of motion and skills on the track, field, or court which any active adult can benefit from too! I’ve learned as a former athlete now new mom that a simple day catching up on all the laundry that needs folding while holding a 16+ pound baby in my carrier can require some Cupping or Graston Therapy plus an Adjustment just as much as someone who ran a marathon🤣😅‼️
