In our community, we beat the summer heat with a cozy Christmas in July celebration—featuring delicious and nutritious turkey, dressing, pumpkin pie, and even a visit from Santa himself!

We gathered for a festive feast and sweet treats with neighbors and team members, showing that sharing smiles, stories, and traditions makes living in our community so special. 💙

This week, we faced Westminster Bradenton in a chair volleyball tournament! 🏐

Our neighboring Bradenton community came to compete in a friendly chair volleyball match. They gave it their all, but with a little teamwork, a fiery competitive spirit, and lots of laughter, we pulled ahead to a 2–1 victory!

Chair volleyball is one of our favorite ways to improve our physical and mental health, all while having fun! We can't wait to meet again for our next match!

Congratulations to our graduates from the "A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls" class! 🙌

Over eight weeks, our class worked together to build confidence, stay active, and lessen the fear of falling. This is a nationally recognized, evidence-based program developed at Roybal Center at Boston University.

Programs like this help us live life to the fullest—stronger, safer, and with a renewed sense of independence. 💪💛

We’ve started chair volleyball practice and can already feel our energy rising. We’re so excited and ready to face off with our sister communities at Westminster Bradenton and their Point Pleasant neighborhood on July 29th!

We're thrilled to celebrate the first-ever graduates of our Bladder Health Program, which kicked off in May with Dr. Daniel Haight! 💪✨

Over four weeks, participants gained valuable tips on lifestyle changes, pelvic floor exercises, anatomy, and practical bladder training.

A huge thank you to our wonderful nurse practitioner, Cindy, who provided invaluable insights on medications and women's health. We received fantastic feedback, highlighting the program's success.

The next session is already fully booked and set to begin on July 15th! We're so glad to enjoy programs that support ! 🙌
