💙💜 February Caregiver of the Month – Catrina R., HHA 💜💙
We are excited to celebrate Catrina R. as our February Caregiver of the Month!
Catrina has always had a helper’s heart. Caring for others comes naturally to her, and she truly enjoys serving seniors professionally as a Home Health Aide. What she loves most about working with Senior Helpers is the opportunity to help fill the void of loneliness — bringing companionship, comfort, and connection to the clients she serves.

When she’s not working, Catrina treasures quality time with her children and traveling throughout Florida to enjoy Christian music events featuring artists like Infiltrate, Rare of Breed, and Faith Nester. Music, faith, and family are at the center of her life.

Catrina is pictured with Sharon M., RN, Nicole N., Caregiver Mentor, and Artie J., Care Team Manager

Catrina shares that she would not be where she is today without God’s love and grace. Her advice to fellow caregivers is heartfelt: “Give your senior clients the same care you wish to receive when you get to their point in life.”

Catrina, thank you for the compassion, faith, and dedication you bring to our clients every day. We are so grateful to have you on the Senior Helpers team! 💜💙

📚✨ Heads Up, Friends… March is National Reading Month! ✨📚

Soon we'll be turning the page toward something special — National Reading Month begins March 1st!

At Senior Helpers, we know reading is more than a pastime. It keeps the mind active, sparks conversation, brings comfort, and can even unlock beautiful memories for seniors living with dementia. Whether it’s revisiting a favorite novel, reading the morning paper together, or sharing a devotional, those quiet reading moments matter. ❤️

If you have a favorite book or memory tied to reading with a senior you love, drop it in the comments! Let’s celebrate the power of a good story together. 💬✨

💙 Here's a very special highlight of our January Senior Helpers Caregiver of the Month, Lexis S., HHA 💙

Inspired by her mother, a dedicated CNA, Lexi always knew she wanted a career centered around helping others. Caregiving became the missing piece she was searching for, allowing her to combine compassion with skill in a way that truly makes a difference. As a Senior Helper, Lexi values having the knowledge and abilities to support her clients with dignity, patience, and heart.

Lexi shares a truly special bond with her client—one built on trust, understanding, and genuine connection. It’s clear that caregiving for her is more than a job; it’s a calling. Outside of caregiving, Lexi has a wonderfully creative spirit. She enjoys expressing herself through art of all kinds, including poetry, ceramics, paintings, and sketches, and loves sharing her creativity with others.

Lexi’s advice to fellow caregivers:
“Keep your head up and your heart open.”

Thank you, Lexi, for the compassion, creativity, and dedication you bring to Senior Helpers every day. You are truly appreciated! 🌟

🌟 Caregiver of the Year 2025 Spotlight – Allie B., HHA 🌟

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — Allie’s 10th Anniversary as a Senior Helper! 💙💜

Allie became a caregiver out of deep love and devotion, first caring for her mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law. What began as caring for family became a calling — and for the past decade, she has poured that same compassion into every client she serves.

Allie says she stays because she truly loves her work, her clients, and the office team. Her advice is simple and powerful: “Be caring and love what you do.” And she lives that out every single day.

When she’s not making a difference in the lives of seniors, Allie enjoys cooking delicious meals and traveling to new places — always bringing that same warmth and joy wherever she goes.

Congratulations, Allie, on 10 amazing years and being named our 2025 Caregiver of the Year! We are so grateful for your heart, dedication, and the love you show our seniors every day. 💐💛
