How many times do you find yourself saying ”I should” do this? Check in with yourself where that should is coming from. Is it an expectation of others driving you? Should- seems driven externally typically speaking. A simple change of letters to the word, could, allows you to be responsible for yourself and make decisions that are more authentic to you and the goals you have set!
