Mobility America accepts: Medicare, VA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Workers' Compensation, and Private Insurance. Mobility America may have the answer for those of you who find it a challenge to get around. With a wide selection of scooters, power or manual wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility products with a big variety of lifts and carriers to transport your scooter or powerchair, we want to make life much easier for you. "Our goal is to keep our customers happy," notes owner and president Gus Manassa. Mobility America is the only mobility company in Polk County that is able to offer Braun conversion vans, along side over 120 items on display in our huge showroom located in the North Towne Square Plaza at 5130 U.S. 98 North Lakeland, 33809. And if there is something we do not have on display, we are more then happy to order it from the many companies we work hand in hand with. With an extensive selection of mobility equipment such as mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility products such as vehicle lifts and mobility vans that aid an individual with transporting their equipment, we strive towards making life significantly easier for you. In addition, we offer full service on all equipment we sell and installation of stair and porch lifts, as well as modification of privately owned vehicles such as hand controls, transfer seats, and service on vehicle conversions.
