We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and help our patients achieve their goals.
✨About the Role✨
As a PTA, you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide hands-on, patient-centered care. You’ll play an essential role in guiding patients through their treatment plans, supporting their progress, and helping them return to the activities they love.
✨Key Responsibilities✨
- Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Provide education and encouragement throughout recovery
- Document patient progress and communicate with the care team
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment
✨Qualifications✨
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping people feel better, play better, live better
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
