At Innovative Behavior Management, we use positive reinforcement every day to help children grow and succeed! 💙

🔹 What is it?
Positive reinforcement means adding something rewarding (like praise, a toy, or a favorite activity) after a behavior to increase the chance it happens again.

🧸 Example:
✅ Child asks for a toy with words → 🎉 Gets the toy and a high-five!
✅ Child follows a direction → 💬 “Great job listening!” + sticker reward!

💡 When kids feel supported and celebrated for their efforts, they’re more motivated to learn, connect, and try again!
