Been off pain meds for 24 hours!!!!

I am in a full flare at this time. Everything hurts. I’m exhausted. Appetite is diminished. I’ve been fighting back but Lupie keep hittin me in my eye 😔. My last flare was in 2014. I will be calling for help tomorrow.
