Sweat Spa Health and recreational sauna. Sweat Spa offers an experience like no other! Each room is set up with its own infrared sauna.

During your 30-40 minute session you can burn up to 600 calories, sweat out toxins, reduce pain, relieve stress, improve circulation and lower your blood pressure. After your session you can relax in the room on our plush couches with the t.v on cooling of with eucalyptus towels and re-hydrating with cold refreshing cucumber water. We are also offering Aroma Oxygen in a different room to get your boost of energy before your sauna, after your sauna, or all by itself. You can come relax in our zero gravity massage chairs while breathing in fresh scented oxygen of your choice. Whether you want to close your eyes and relax or watch television everything is at arms reach and a push of a button.

For all pay as come customers when you buy one month you will get 1/2 those sessions free for the month of December. So if you buy 4 sessions you will get 2 extra. 8 sessions you will get 4 extra and 12 sessions you will get 6 extra. Only for the month of December.

To our members who’s cards run monthly you will automatically get an extra 2 sessions to use the month of December.
