December has been a very busy month for me. I have travelled much of the state conducting food safety classes. Gainesville, Crystal River, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Ft Myers, Orlando, Daytona Beach, Melbourne, Port St Lucie, just to name a few.

I come to you, no matter where you are. If you are going to take a class from someone else, and have to travel to get there, WHY? I come to you, on your schedule, and you are done in 3 hours or less!

I am conducting 4 manager food safety classes for a total of 38 managers over 4 days at Farlow's On The Water in Englewood FL I have a minimum of 2 employees per class. However, I will teach any class size from 2 to ?????? If you have a large group, I can accomodate them if you have the space.

Hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend! After going on a 10 day European vacation combination honeymoon, I am raring to go for the month of September! Having a problem figuring out how to get your certificate, without the hassle of going to a class with 80 other people, and hoping you might pass so you don’t have to go back and take the test again and pay a fee again?

Book a class with me, I will come to you, give you an hour and a half class, then administer the test. That takes another hour, and you are finished. I have a 90% passing rate the first time. If you don’t pass, you take it again. I haven’t had too many people not pass the second time.

This week I have certfied managers at Mother's Restaurant in Tampa, The Biscuit Barn in Crystal River, and Little Italy in Port St Lucie. 20 managers, all passed their Manager Food Safety Certification on their first try. So can you! Call Steve at 813-240-5763.

What to expect: - 1.5 hour PowerPoint presentation on food safety and review

- Take the Test. If you pass, you will receive your certificate and two wallet cards. My passing rate is around 90% on the first try.

- If you do not pass, you will take the test again for free, and then receive your certificate and two wallet cards.

- Total time from start to finish, 3.0 hours.

You take the test on your cellphone, your tablet, or your laptop. Your choice.

I have been doing this 20 years, and I was in the restaurant business for 20 years, so you are getting the information from someone who has been there, and done that.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of doing two classes in Ft Myers, and St. James CIty. The Chick Fil A on Tamiami Trail in Ft. Myers, and the Sun Shrimp Food Truck in St. James City. All students passes on the first time taking the test, and are now certified for 5 years. Congrats!
