Yesterday, March 4th, Lake County Tribal Health proudly celebrated the Ribbon Cutting for our new Pain and Wellness Center.

This newly opened center brings a wide range of services together in one place to better support the health and well-being of our community, including Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Pain Psychology, Behavioral Health Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Diabetes Management, and Podiatry.

Located next door to our Southshore Clinic and formerly known as DaVita, the space now serves as a comprehensive center focused on healing, wellness, and whole-person care.

We were honored to be joined by several community leaders who shared meaningful words to help commemorate this important milestone.

Please join us in welcoming Divakara Kedlaya, MD.

Dr. Kedlaya is a board-certified physician and pain medicine specialist with expertise in physical medicine and rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular disorders, and electrodiagnostic medicine. He has served in multiple leadership and faculty roles at Loma Linda University and completed his medical training in India and at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

His experience will be a valuable asset as we continue delivering excellent care to our patients.

Diana is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than two decades of experience in medical and surgical dermatology. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, with a strong focus on skin cancer detection and removal. We look forward to the exceptional care she will provide to our patients.

Please join us in welcoming Hannah L. Vertrees, LMFT.

A Lake County native, Hannah earned her master’s degree from California State University, Chico in 2023 and has been working in a therapeutic capacity for seven years. She provides therapy to both children and adults, with a special focus on supporting children and their emotional health. Hannah looks forward to serving and giving back to the community where she grew up.

LCTHC is excited to introduce Dr. Jay Fedorowicz, DDS.

Dr. Fedorowicz is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2003. He completed advanced training in general dentistry at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C., and served as a United States Air Force general dental officer in Japan. He later completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, where he received extensive surgical training.

His experience will be a great asset in continuing to provide excellent care to our patients.

LCTHC is excited to introduce Dr. Corey Bornstein, DDS.

Dr. Bornstein earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2019 and completed his board certification through the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2020. He is excited to serve the Lake County community and is committed to making a positive, lasting impact on his patients’ oral health.

Thanks to our partnership with the Kelseyville Sunrise Rotary Club, LCTHC sponsored National Geographic Cool Books for every third grader in the Kelseyville Unified School District. CEO Padilla joined the distribution to help hand out the books and support this effort.
