Lake County Tribal Health was established to improve the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social health status of the Native Americans of Lake County through the provision of culturally sensitive health care services. We are committed to keeping our whole community healthy by providing access to affordable, quality health care. Everyone has access to all our medical and dental services. Human services, public health, pharmacy and transportation services are also available to the Lake County local tribes. We can work with virtually any insurance so you get every benefit possible.

Diana is a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than two decades of experience in medical and surgical dermatology. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of skin conditions, with a strong focus on skin cancer detection and removal. Please join us in welcoming Hannah L. Vertrees, LMFT.

A Lake County native, Hannah earned her master’s degree from California State University, Chico in 2023 and has been working in a therapeutic capacity for seven years. She provides therapy to both children and adults, with a special focus on supporting children and their emotional health. Hannah looks forward to serving and giving back to the community where she grew up.

LCTHC is excited to introduce Dr. Jay Fedorowicz, DDS.

Dr. Fedorowicz is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who earned his dental degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2003. He completed advanced training in general dentistry at Bolling Air Force Base in Washington, D.C., and served as a United States Air Force general dental officer in Japan. He later completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, where he received extensive surgical training.

His experience will be a great asset in continuing to provide excellent care to our patients.

Dr. Bornstein earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2019 and completed his board certification through the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2020.
