San Diego Softwash Our Mission: To restore and maintain the health & beauty of America’s Finest City What is SOFT WASHING? Soft washing is the alternative to pressure washing.

We use biodegradable eco-friendly water based cleansers that emulsify dirt and grime, break down insects nests and webs, and kills mold, moss, algae and bacteria… all while sanitizing the surface we are treating to clean! Soft washing uses 1/3 the water of pressure washing, lasts 4-6 times longer than a pressure washed clean, and doesn’t erode the surface like pressure washing often can. Who We Are:

Great review from Joel... "We had hired a different company to remove algae from the roof. And this other company made a horrible mess. There was red debris everywhere, including on the neighbor's house and inside her patio, there was red all over my house and even walking down the street there was a red residue from that which washed out the drain.

We hired Robert and San Diego Software wash to come and try to clean up this mess. And he worked diligently and quietly and cleaned everything up very well. The roof is clean, the walls and sidewalks are clean, and even the neighbor's house and the gutter in the street were clean.

If only we had hired Robert to clean the roof in the first place it would have been done right without the additional expense and hassle."

Professional, prompt, courteous and...well...the actual Softwash procedure made our back retaining wall, Trek decking and concrete look like new again! I can honestly recommend Bob and his company to do the work for you. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family."
