(Part 1)
Seeing your baby in pain is one of the most hardest things.
There have been endless nights of rocking, shushing, bouncing on the ball, playing my sound bowls, giving her a bath, a massage, nursing, skin to skin, doing ANYTHING we could to help Anaiya to have some relief.
And still, aching writhing pain cries that broke my heart. 😫😭🥺😫😖
It’s been a combo of C1 neck pain, vagal tone, digestion, and adapting to life outside of the womb.
But also, so much of this was unexplainable at the time.
We did our best soothing our baby.
And changed many many things like my diet, surfaces that we can and can’t lie her down on due to softness/firmness, longer burping sessions and being upright after nursing, more chiropractor appointments, room temperature, and more.
