Many clients may choose to shop on Amazon for better deals on herbal products but there is a huge market in counterfeiting. I recently became aware of an Amazon store going by the same name as one of my suppliers and contacted them because oils were being sold at close to my wholesale price. Turns out that store copied their logo and even parts of their web marketing but Amazon wouldn’t do anything about it. When I submitted a review pointing out the deception, it was flagged and removed! You may pay a few dollars less but is it worth taking the chance with getting counterfeit goods?
