This Thursday, August 27th at 9:30am will be the last chance to flow with our amazing instructor Saila for Yoga in the Park.

Saila has been such a radiant part of our community, sharing her wisdom, joy, and presence with us on the mat. She has recently accepted an exciting opportunity abroad, and while we’ll miss her deeply, we’re so grateful for the energy she’s shared here at The Forest Nook.

Come celebrate her beautiful teaching and send her off with love 💚 All are welcome—bring your mat, your breath, and your heart.
