💥Mondays HIIT- boost our mood and muscle
💥Tuesday Chair and Gentle- create healthy habits through posture, breath and self care!
💥Wednesday Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa Flow- cardio and muscle building
💥Thursday HIIT and Slow Flow- circuit training and core building flow
💥 Friday Power Vinyasa Plus and Chair- cardio and muscle building with alignment and breath
💥 Saturday Power Vinyasa- cardio and strength
💥 Sunday Slow Flow and Yin Nidra- reset and refocus with movement and rest!
The Yogi that attends the most classes will receive a Healing Touch Session with Aubrey!
