I am always reading, learning, and growing—collecting wisdom, teachings, and certifications along the way. Not every lesson aligns with my beliefs or resonates with my heart, but that doesn’t mean it holds no value. There is beauty in listening, in seeking understanding, and in honoring another human’s perspective. Not because it will change my truth, but because it may deepen my compassion, expand my awareness, and offer new ways to serve.

Maybe a single word, a new perspective, or a different approach finds its way into my yoga classes or Healing Touch practice. And maybe, just maybe, that offering helps someone remember their own light.

Stay open. Stay curious. Stay authentic, yogis. Your truth is your greatest teacher.
