Summer camp has been such a dream and I am so lucky that you chose ours to send your kiddos to this summer!!We are winding down and only have 2 Thursdays for school aged kiddos left and ONE Friday (THIS week!) for preK buddies to go! We only have a couple spots left so if you wanted to check it out.. register on our website today!

Summer camp is a wrap for July ✅

I had no idea how much fun we would have… we craft and read and meet animals and get to hold chicks and feed goats and brush them and so much more! We have a couple weeks off here for our family vacation and then just a few more days left in August! I hope we can have some more friends come to enjoy this magic ✨

AND a huge thank you to all of the families who have come to camp so far… I have loved each and every one of your kiddos and have had the best time teaching them all about our farm! ❤️

It’s truly the best summer ever on the farm.

I KNEW moving my own kids here would be the best decision but I had no idea how much fun it would be to have so many of your kids come and enjoy the farm and the animals and learn all about being a farmer! 🧑🏼‍🌾 PreK buddies are back in action tomorrow and then we have a couple weeks off before the LAST month of summer!! We are so ready for another couple days of camp!!

Tomorrow’s campers get to learn all about a day in the life of a farmer and rumor is they might get to do some chores around the farm!!

Fridays preK buddies are going to be learning about how we can show compassion and care to others AND our furry and feathery friends!

We can’t even wait!! We will be taking a couple weeks off after this week for our family vacation and then back for just a few more weeks in August!!

SURPRISE!!!!

We have been dreaming and scheming and hiring to help us with a perfect boulder wall and rocks…and we have a perfect picnic table from our best buddies and and raised garden beds and some tree stumps hauled by ❤️ We have some fun chairs coming and a little fire pit and maybe another picnic table! Our outdoor space is SO close to being ready!

We will be spending days out here for summer camp and you’ll be able to use this area for birthday parties when the weather cooperates (so schedule your fall parties now!) and we will be taking small groups in for field trips for schools and daycares and homeschool groups starting this fall!! We can barely wait!! Who knows… maybe even a goat yoga and wine night with your best friends?!? Sounds PERFECT to me!

We’ve been running around all summer and sometimes peek up at the sky and the moon shines super bright right above Kevin in the pasture❤️

We have TWO days of camp this week!! Thursday is for school aged kiddos (kinder-6th) and we will be talking about farm animal needs! And Friday is for my preK friends… this week we will be identifying different animals on the farm and what they need every day! Couple spots left in both days! Next week is full so if you’re looking for a little break in your week sign up now!

My FAVORITE parts of camp are getting to let the kids all have time to meet all the animals and hold them (if they want!!) and learn all about our furry and feathery friends that they might not have at their homes! It is the best parts of teaching and the best parts of being a hobby farmer all rolled into one and I am SO STINKING LUCKY this is my job! Huge thank you to all of you for supporting me and this crazy idea for a business!

Week one of camp is a wrap!!!Couldn’t have asked for a sweeter crew of kids this week to kick off our first ever summer camp! We keep numbers low so that kids don’t get overwhelmed and so we can safely hang out with all the animals! We made treats to feed all our furry friends and even got a chance to hold chicks and feed some long weeds to our donkeys! I’m not sure who had more fun… the kids or the animals!!Can’t thank all of you enough for trusting us with your kiddos this summer! It’s such a privilege to let them experience farm life! Summer camp starts THURSDAY!!!

We are so excited to welcome kids to the farm this week! Here’s a little sample of how the day will go:

*drop off and check in! You’ll check in with me and grab a name tag and meet some of the animals!

*studio time! We will start with introductions and a little circle time! A story and some learning together!

*crafting for the animals! This week we will be making pumpkin oat treats for the goats!! Then head out for some hands on experience with our furry friends!

*craft to take home! And journal time!

Looking for a little fun for your kiddos and a break for you this week?! Here’s what we’ve got happening in the studio!

Thursday June 19th from 930am-12pm, school aged kids camp! This week we are talking about all the differences between humans and pets and farm animals! We will be making some treats to feed the goats and then coming home with pinecone bird feeders!

Friday June 20th from 10am-12pm, preK buddies summer camp! All about FEELINGS!! What are some human feelings and what about those animals? Do they have feelings? How can we tell? Everyone will be coming home with some animal artwork!
