Then, experience the deeply grounding practice of Abhyanga, an ancient Ayurvedic self-massage ritual, to soothe the nervous system. *PLEASE READ* 🤍

Tomorrow we are bringing on our new Infrared heating🔥 This heat is no light and no sound and will be set to 95 degrees for our Hot classes. There are many beautiful benefits to this type of heat which is why we decided to add it to our practices 🧘

- Can help with muscle pain and tension
- Improved blood circulation. Which can help with muscle recovery
- Promotes a feeling of relaxation
- Can help reduce joint pain & stiffness
- Improved heart health, because of the increase in heart rate
- Energy efficient, as the Infrared heats objects and people instead of the air.

Please be patient with us as it is going to take time to adjust to this new and improved tool. We are going to be working together as a team to find what feels good for the practice🙏

Wow. 1 year ago today Aligned Movement opened her doors for the first time. The excitement and nerves we had before our opening week were a given but we felt so confident and prepared for what we were putting out into the world, our community. And then, you welcomed us with open arms.

We feel in our hearts that the connections we have built within this short amount of time will last a lifetime. This studio was made for the purpose of how healing a community and time spent on yourself can be. For ALL involved. Every being that has walked into that hot room has proved themselves wrong, has stepped up to make a change, and most of all believed in themselves that they can do hard things. This is what the world needs more of. People like YOU. 🌏🤍✨

This past year has been a dream come true. THANK YOU for trusting us with your practice every time you make the choice to step into that hot room. We do not take the responsibility lightly. We will continue to work hard to make sure Aligned Movement is a place that spreads love, light, and purpose🤍
