Dr. Sarah Wellness tip:
Wellness tip: My daily morning drink contains amino acids, electrolytes and creatine, I always make sure to drink that and 8oz of water before I choose caffeine or coffee or anything else that may dehydrate my body. Water is the one thing I would ask any patient to make sure they get enough of during the day. And if I had to choose one activity to focus on, going outside no matter the temperature (but dress appropriately) and taking deep breathes of actual fresh air.
