Our team of caring, professional staff and volunteers will pay careful attention to the medical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients, their families and friends. Our staff is committed to working closely with the patient, family and caregiver to assist them in understanding the end of life process, identifying what they can expect at the end of life, and empowering them to provide care when our team is not present. We are a community-based hospice, providing end-of-life comfort care to patients in any setting that is considered home as well as acute care hospital settings.

At Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, our team at Hospice Services of Massachusetts had the honor of helping create a heartfelt tribute for resident Fran Anderson, a proud Korean War veteran who served as a jet plane engineer.

With the help of our volunteer coordinator Paul, Fran was celebrated with a beautiful recognition that brought a smile to her face. Her family flew in from California to be part of the moment and shared how meaningful and special it was—something they will always remember.

We are humbled to be part of moments like these that bring comfort, connection, and lasting memories to the families we serve.
