Thanks to everyone who joined us last night for our first mental health literacy workshop, "A Mother's Journey Through Mental Health."! We enjoyed seeing so many new and familiar faces, and talking through some of the most important aspects of connecting about mental health through the parental perspective.

The key? Listening without judgement and creating an environment that welcomes open, honest conversations.

We hope to see you at our next workshop, "Mental Health Literacy 101" on Wednesday, April 22 at the Lake Travis Community Library.
