We are so proud to see the progress taking place because of passionate changemakers in Central Texas:

New Braunfels ISD is making a powerful impact by introducing Teen Mental Health First Aid to incoming high school freshmen. Instead of waiting until a crisis happens, students are learning how to recognize warning signs, start supportive conversations, and connect friends to trusted adults when it matters most.

The result?
✅ Students feel more confident helping peers
✅ More teens are reaching out for support
✅ Early interventions are saving lives

Thank you to the LT Chamber and our neighbors for recognizing the role of mental health in our community’s overall health and wellness. We are honored to accept this award, especially as we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month!
