Robots, 3D printing, and pure brilliance 🤖✨ Our friends from Vandegrift High School Robotics Club (yes, the team that took 2nd place in the world! 🌎🏆) stopped by to show off their skills. Residents got a front-row seat to see future inventors in action, and soon, these students will be creating everyday items for our community. Talk about talent with impact!

Our new Art of Us program began with an inspiring visit to Bee Cave Arts Foundation where residents walked the Sculpture Garden, took in local art, and soaked up creative energy.

We’re honored to partner with this incredible organization—and we hope you’ll join them for their 15th Anniversary Birthday Bash on August 30th, 10am–5pm! Enjoy music, cake, artist presentations, and of course, the Sculpture Garden.

The campaign brings together Spectrum Retirement senior living communities to raise Alzheimer’s awareness through art. Each Artbrella is hand-crafted by residents and supports Alzheimer's Association in their mission to end Alzheimer’s.

Lake Travis Independent Living created our umbrella, inspired by the universal language of food and its power to bring people together. From celebrations to comfort, food is more than a meal—it’s a memory, a connection, and a source of joy. This design honors the warmth and meaning found around the table, where bonds are formed and stories are shared over beautiful dishes and heartfelt moments.

We mixed syrup with stories this morning—and created something unforgettable. 💜☂️

Residents came together to share brunch and beautiful memories of those they’ve loved and lost to Alzheimer’s. As they added their touches to our “Umbrella of Memories,” they honored the past and embraced each other with warmth and compassion.

Because every name, every brushstroke, every story matters.

Our Independent Living residents got out and about this week with a trip to a local minor league game. Outings like these aren’t just fun—they’re freedom, connection, and proof that vibrant living doesn’t stop with age.

Our luau, trivia night, and community partnerships—including an amazing donation from —raised $1,500+ for the Alzheimer’s Association in just a couple of weeks.

But this is more than a fundraiser—it’s a movement.
