I was in the ER this morning with high blood pressure and abdominal pain. Looks like I will be getting an endoscopy to figure out what’s going on. I already know that I have GERD, gastritis and a hiatal hernia but we have to see what all of that is doing in there to create such pain. This too shall pass. I’m hoping that a little sacred hammock time will help lower my blood pressure. Love to all. hope you are all well.

Open heart energy today. The mindful meditation today - “May I meet this moment fully. May I meet it as a friend.” I’m working on managing my emotions and keeping my peace! ✌️

Today during sacred hammock time, I was talking to my mom on speakerphone and I commented to her that two cardinals were across the street playing. Suddenly, one of the cardinals turns and flies over towards me. He swooped over me about a foot away from my face while I’m on the phone with my Mom. Whoa!!! (Unfortunately all I could do is capture a frame from the live photo that my phone apparently took while I was on the phone with my mom.) 😂🥰😍

May not have time to do a meditation on my hammock today because of all of the mosquitoes from the rain yesterday. But I am still enjoying some sacred hammock time for now. And I just saw my beautiful red cardinal come flying past me through my yard.

This is a different sacred hammock time image today. This guy visited me four times today (twice yesterday) while I did my meditation, listen to music and cried in my hammock. I am definitely going to paint him. Thank you for the spiritual visits. I miss you, Dad.

The semester is over and no classes until the fall!!! while I really loved taking Drawing II and Watercolor Painting, I’m ready for a break. But I’m still accepting new clients at Gentle Connections Counseling!!

I finished my architecture project in watercolor painting. This is a window and wall that just had such beautiful colors.
