A beneficiary may qualify for a custom wheelchair if he/ she cannot sufficiently perform mobility-related daily activities such as toileting, feeding, dressing, grooming, and/ or bathing in customary locations in the home. Beneficiaries may also qualify if they have a heightened risk of falling or injuring themselves while attempting to complete these daily activities.
