Thank you so much to Lee Coburn and Katrina Chavez for having me as a guest speaker for their esthetican class today. Being able to talk to students about self care, and how Reflexology can be a great tool for themself and their practice in and out of school was so much fun and something I loved doing so much! Hi everyone I will be back seeing clinets as i have available.

🙊If you have allergies, TMJ, neck/shoulder pain, headaches/migraines, fluid retention, plantar fasciitis, hand/wrist pain, abdominal issues, bloating, restless leg syndrome, on your feet all day, sit all day, wear steel toe boots, high heels, are a runner, cyclist, dancer, ever had an injury, surgery, auto accident etc.

😮In this photo my client had tight facial tissues and muscles as well as an old nasal injury that pulled her nose to one side. With some work her nose was able to sit more centered.

The other photo was the result of a client who didn't even know how tight her toes were and how much tension she held in her feet.

The next photo is of abdominal work and decreased bloating and tightness.

The last photos are of a client that struggles with fluid retention these photos were over a few months of sessions and the results are exciting!!!!
