Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is a brand new, 36-bed, short term Skilled Nursing Facility looking for some phenomenal RN's and LPN's. We are looking for a few friendly and organized nurses to help create a culture of excellence as we provide the best care for our patients. We hope these nurses can contribute to building upon our foundation with an emphasis on being friendly, positive, and focused on excellence

We are currently hiring for both FT day shift and FT night shift.
Shifts are: 6a-6p, 6p-6a.

With an awesome support system, our floor nurses receive guidance from the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Admission Nurses, Discharge Nurse, and MDS nurse!

(That's right, floor nurses do not have to do admissions)

‼️ GOAL ACCOMPLISHED ‼️

Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is officially a FULL HOUSE. 🎉

Today, as we admitted our 36th patient, we celebrated all the hard work and dedication each one of our team members has put in to help build our new facility!

For many of our team members, this is the first time they have ever worked at a brand new facility, and they have done an amazing job at stepping up to the challenge and being part of the success!

We are grateful for all our patients who have trusted us with their care. It has been a privilege to take care of each and every patient who has admitted to our facility. We are exciting to continue providing excellent care, a supportive work environment and raising the standard of care!
