BlueRaven with Bryn Murphy provides therapy to ages 2+ in Lakewood (CO)/Virtual. Bryn specializes in grief, anxiety, trauma, and OCD.

She provides play therapy, EMDR, ERP, and KAP. She also offers clinical consultation. Bryn Murphy, MA, LMFT specializes as a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and works with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She is also certified and trained in Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT), TheraPlay, EMDR, Exposure Response Prevention for OCD, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, LGBTQIA2S+ Inclusive Care (and more). She does not accept insurance, including Medicaid, but can offer monthly superbills. She accepts Victims Compensation in the 1st and 17th Districts as well as Second Wind Fund referrals. She also offers professional consultation for grief/loss, anxiety, OCD, KAP, and office/room set up/supplies for play and KAP therapists. She works with -

I grew up in Conifer with my neighboring schools being Evergreen and Platte Canyon. This is the second time (in my experience) my mountain community has experienced school shootings that resulted in death. My heart aches for our mountain community, and for the larger world navigating this grief. BlueRaven is here, grieving with everyone, and hopes we can find the spaces to release, process, and remain connected.

Sometimes in therapy, we recognize that someone is catastrophizing and living in their worst case scenarios.
