Physical therapy is like springtime for the body—slow movement, steady growth, and a return to strength.

This time of year is such a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t happen overnight. Just like spring, progress comes with consistency, patience, and showing up.

Exercise challenges your body, but rest is what allows it to rebuild, repair, and come back stronger. Muscles heal, the nervous system resets, and your energy stores refill.

Listening to your body, taking rest days, and prioritizing recovery are just as important as the workout itself. Stronger doesn’t come from pushing nonstop—it comes from the balance between effort and recovery.
