Let your affirmations remind you of what you’re practicing:
• patience over pressure
• compassion over comparison
• presence over rushing

As the year comes to a close, it’s easy to slip into “shoulda” mode:
But healing, growth, and life aren’t measured by checklists.

Instead of replaying what didn’t happen, try noticing the glimmers — the small moments that quietly carried you through:
• The hard day you still showed up for
• The boundary you practiced (even imperfectly)
• The moment you paused instead of pushed
• The time you asked for help
• The way you kept going, even when it was heavy

Glimmers don’t erase the hard parts — they remind you that strength, safety, and progress were present too.
As this year ends, you don’t need to rewrite it.

You’re allowed to feel all of it.
