We’re writing to share some exciting news about a change that we believe will improve your overall experience with us.

Family Vision Care – Lakewood is merging with Bryan Vision Associates!

While this means we’ll be operating under one location; you’ll still see the same friendly faces you know and trust. Dr. Zimmerman and the entire Family Vision Care Lakewood team will continue providing the personalized care you’ve come to expect — just at a new address.

The last day of patient care at our Family Vision Care office will be Thursday, June 26.

Beginning after that date, we will begin seeing all Lakewood patients at:

Bryan Vision Associates
2525 S. Wadsworth Blvd.
Lakewood, CO 80227
(less than a mile from our current office!)

We believe this move will make it even more convenient for you to access care; with expanded resources and a location that’s just around the corner.
