Give It Up to the Universe: An Expressive Art Workshop
Sunday, June 22 | Led by Mac Murfitt

Feeling overwhelmed? Join sober q***r artist and Reiki practitioner Mac Murfitt for a free day of meditation, self-care, and creative expression.

We’ll start with a guided meditation, then create “Give It Up to the Universe” boxes—decorated containers where you can symbolically release worries by writing them down and letting them go. During the creative time, Mac will offer individual crown Reiki to support emotional grounding and calm.

We’ll end with a share-and-connect circle to reflect and build community.

No experience needed. All are welcome!
