Combined with Paragon’s statewide clinical behavioral health services, we’re able to honor multiple pathways to recovery and support people wherever they are on their journey.

Kylie is whip-smart, compassionate, and has a gift for keeping programs balanced while sneaking in moments of joy for the team. She ensures our work stays sustainable while people feel celebrated.

Outside of work, Kylie loves recharging outdoors—whether it’s hiking, biking, meditating, or walking her dogs in the early morning quiet. Her comfort food of choice is sushi, and the word she lives by is “adapt”—a perfect reflection of her go-with-the-flow spirit.
