🌟 Meet Carmen, ACT Team Nurse at Paragon! 🌟

With over five years of experience as a detox nurse, Carmen brings a calm, compassionate presence to her work. She believes that healing occurs through consistency, empathy, and showing up with heart.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys unwinding with her skincare routine, capturing moments through photography, and eating the ultimate comfort food— mac and cheese. Her dream adventure is gorilla trekking in Uganda. Her proudest accomplishment? Raising two witty, open-minded boys.

Right now, she’s especially grateful for the warm welcome she’s received since joining Paragon—and we’re just as lucky to have her on the team.💙

🌿 Last week, Paragon joined folks from across Colorado on the Capitol steps to celebrate the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration‘s launch— Colorado LIFTS.

It was great to be part of the community rally, connect at the resource fair, and hear from leaders including Jared Polis and the Colorado BHA.

🌟 Meet Tiffany Lopez, one of our amazing Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinicians serving Weld County! 🌟

Tiffany shows up with heart, grit, and the energy of her personal theme song—“Everyday I’m Hustlin’” (specifically, the chorus.) 💪😎

What she loves most about Paragon? The flexibility to truly meet clients where they are and support them in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Tiffany recharges by spending time with her family and three furbabies—Marley, Wailer, and Irie—plus hiking, reading, and cooking.

Her life motto?
Live with integrity and through a lens of love, and all else will fall in place.
