FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers, formerly Fit Physical Therapy provides exceptional patient-centered orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy at the Carmody Recreation Center in Lakewood, CO. We are committed to providing exceptional patient centered orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy located within the recreation centers with which we affiliate. We do not employ technicians or assistants, so you are guaranteed to work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist at every appointment. Our therapists incorporate advanced interventions including manual therapy, trigger point dry needling, aquatic therapy, and progressive exercise programs. It is our expectation to achieve the utmost in positive patient outcomes, applying evidence-based techniques to diagnose, treat, or prevent conditions that limit your ability to move and function in daily life.
