Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique practiced lying down, allowing the body to fully relax while the mind drifts between wakefulness and sleep.
In this workshop, you’ll be gently guided through:

Breath awareness and body scanning to release tension

Sankalpa (heartfelt intention) setting for personal transformation

A full Yoga Nidra journey to access profound states of consciousness

Gentle movement and grounding practices to close the session with clarity

Samantha has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for 5 years. She experienced profound healing and transformation while immersing in the practice during her time in nursing school in the Appalachian Mountains. Since then she has studied in Maui, at Menla Buddhist Retreat center deep in the Catskills of New York, Maharashtra India where she received her Diploma in Yoga therapy, and Thailand.

Sam’s mission is to raise the vibration of all sentient beings through the modalities of her calling at our collective highest potential. She is passionate about helping others to transform their insecurities into their superpowers and transforming survival mode into thrival mode, one practice of mind-body-spirit connection after another. She loves using creative somatic movements and playful guidance amidst traditional postures with a trauma informed approach to release the stagnant energy that is no longer serving us so that we may have a clear connection to our path. Even the most seasoned practitioners need to come back to the basics for optimal safety and alignment. In this five-week foundational series, aimed towards ALL levels of yoga students, you will gain an understanding and experience of fundamental yoga postures, proper body alignment and basic breath work. You will have tailored instruction for your body regarding each pose, enabling you to practice confidently and safely in any class. This is all achieved in a supportive and friendly environment that is all-inclusive, nonjudgmental, and fun!!!

Vani is a certified trauma-informed coach and yoga teacher who guides grounding practices that center presence, connection, and embodied awareness. Born in India and raised in the U.S., her bicultural identity shapes both her teaching and her way of being. She approaches yoga with thoughtfulness and integrity, honoring its cultural roots while embracing how the practice continues to evolve. Through her work in public health and her business, Prema Embodied, she helps teams build more connected, human-centered workplaces. When she’s not working, you can find her walking with her two scruffy pups, Sunny and Rocco, experimenting with her mom’s South Indian recipes, or savoring slow moments with good food, nature, or loved ones!

She will be teaching Strong Flow on Wednesdays at 7:30am in-person starting August 6th!

This workshop is for anyone who has experienced a death or a loss/transition of any kind. It is designed to offer individuals an opportunity to navigate their grief journey, build resilience, and find solace within a safe and supportive community. During this time, we will deepen our understanding of grief, explore practical coping strategies, with an overall goal to provide space and support for our grief. This workshop will include some gentle movement, reflection, journaling, and an opportunity for sharing.

Join a variety of our teachers who will be rotating this offering every Friday night at 7:00pm.

June 6th Yoga is at Harvard Gulch Park in Denver
June 13th Yoga is Addenbrooke Park in Lakewood

Each Friday will alternate between the Denver and Lakewood location, so make sure you check the schedule. You will be emailed a confirmation upon sign up with the location.

These classes are donation based classes, unless you are a member, then you join for free with your membership package.
