Description: Reconnect to serenity this holiday season by taking a pause before the holiday rush with this deeply relaxing class that combines restorative yoga and Reiki. You’ll move through gentle, supported poses designed to calm the nervous system and release tension, while receiving Reiki — a subtle energy healing technique to support balance and deep rest.

This class is all about slowing down and allowing yourself to receive. No experience with yoga or Reiki needed, just bring yourself!

2 Hour Yin: Winter Nurturance

Description: This two hour yin experience will rooted in the energy of the winter season: deep rest, grounding and nurturance. Two hours of yin gives ample time to feel the effects of the practice. Yin yoga includes postures held in moderate sensation for a long period of time with general stillness to cultivate a meditative awareness. The slow medicine of yin helps us to process what is living inside of our bodies and create space to hear our own wisdom. Winter yin postures will focus on releasing tensions and blocks in our mudalhara (root) and svadhisthana (sacral) chakras.
