Dr. Felix Shamash MD, FACS

Dr. Felix Shamash MD, FACS Dr. Felix Shamash is Board Certified in General and Vascular Surgery He subsequently received his M.D. from New York University School of Medicine in 1981.

Dr. Shamash graduated from Middlebury College in 1977 with a Bachelors of Arts in Biochemistry. He went on to do his General Surgery Residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and served as Chief Resident in 1986. He completed a Postgraduate Fellowship in Transplantation Surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in 1987, followed by a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1988. Dr. Shamash is certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He has been practicing in Lakewood, N.J. since 1988.
