Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding personal training experience for new and existing clients

Must have social media accounts and be active on them.

Must have a flexible schedule.

Motivate and inspire clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress

Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle.

Qualifications :

Understand the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique. Help clients reach their goals.

Must be a team player who likes to enjoy their work place.

Promote the brand through social media posts

Able to coach, motivate and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey
Understand basic nutrition knowledge and macronutrient counting.

Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base

Prior Personal Trainer experience is required
We reward our trainers with raises and bonuses

Certifications / Educational Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field or an approved Personal Training Certification.
Physical Requirements :Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.

Shout out to Nourished client Josh for losing 14 inches and 20+ pounds! He is getting ready for his wedding and that has motivated him to get back down to fit into his old suit (which he has done 😏).

With Josh, we have been focusing on macro tracking for phase one and now phase two we are moving into eating whole foods versus processed. He is also working out with split and full body weight lifting workouts.

This is only the halfway point and we are so excited for him!
