Our goal is to EMPOWER you to get back to healthy and have the COURAGE to level up your journey for sport, work, play, or life. We want to Elevate lives by improving health, function, and performance utilizing the right TOOLS (mindset, movement, nutrition), at the right TIME (when the pain of change is less than the pain of staying the same), at the right PLACE (community, in-person, online), and in the right WAY (collaboration, inclusive, fun).

Closing of Elevate (Equipment Sale!)
New Adventure Awaits!

When I started Elevate, I had plans to create an amazing place that helped people get back to and better at what they love to do. I wanted to create a culture of teamwork, learning, and love. We did all that. We were successful in achieving most of our goals, we problem solved many issues, and we worked together as a family. However, that has not been enough. Our energy and finances have been sapped by other influences. It is time to say goodbye to Elevate but hello to new opportunities.

I am sorry to announce we will be closing Elevate PT and Coaching. I apologize if this creates hardship for anybody.

To all of our patients, staff, referral sources, and business partners – THANK YOU for your trust, friendship, and for this wonderful ride! You all have elevated my life!

As far as what is next? I don’t know yet… but I do know I will continue to find ways to help others!!! In fact- stay tuned because I know the next chapter is going to be AWESOME!!!
