What is WovenSmart? It’s more than a studio.
It’s a place where creativity, mindfulness, strategy, and community come together to help people and organizations grow.

Some people come for:

🧘‍♀️ wellness and mindfulness
💡 leadership and team development
🌍 retreats and destination experiences
🤝 meaningful gatherings and events

Organizations bring us in to help their teams reconnect, align, and think in new ways.
Individuals come to recharge, explore, and rediscover their spark.
Sometimes it happens in our Lakewood studio.
Sometimes at a workplace.
Sometimes somewhere beautiful around the world.

But the intention is always the same:
To help people feel more alive in how they live, work, and grow.

Earlier this winter, WovenSmart quietly reached its one-year anniversary.
In the middle of the holidays, and the start of a new year, I didn’t want to rush past what that moment meant. Over the past couple of months, I’ve been reflecting on the first year - the people, conversations, collaborations, and experiences that have shaped this space.

Thank you to everyone who has attended an event, supported the vision, partnered on ideas, or simply shown up with curiosity and openness.

WovenSmart was created to bring together creativity, meaningful conversation, and intentional growth - and it exists because of the community around it.

I’m deeply grateful for the first year and excited for what the next chapter will bring.

Feeling thankful today, and every day. 🍂

As WovenSmart celebrates its first year, I’m reflecting on how much this dream has been supported, lifted, and shaped by the people around me. I’m deeply grateful for my family and friends who encouraged this vision long before it became a studio—and for the incredible community that continues to show up with creativity, connection, and heart.

Thank you for believing in what WovenSmart stands for. Thank you for walking into this space with curiosity and courage. And thank you for helping build a place where people can tap into their creativity, aliveness, and purpose.

WovenSmart is turning one, and you’re invited to celebrate with us. Join us on Friday, December 5th from 5–8 PM for an evening of art, connection, and community as we mark our first anniversary.
The night includes an art opening featuring the work of Michael Pomerantz, along with photographs created by participants from GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center. Enjoy a make-and-take creative station, light bites, refreshments, and the chance to explore the gallery and studio.
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or are walking into WovenSmart for the first time, this is a great opportunity to meet new people, experience local art, and take part in a celebration of creativity and community.
