Colon Hydrotherapy or known as colonics, is a method of improving the immune system and regular function of digestion and elimination. Ear therapy or ear coning, is an Ayurvadic method of removing toxins and wax from the ear canal, using a special cone with herbs and beeswax, which is inserted in the outer ear, and the larger end is then burning to allow the warmth and smoke to travel down into the ear and draw up the toxins and wax. Lifestyle coaching includes individual diet evaluation, as well as lifestyle suggestions for improved health and well being.
