Leading the Way in Advanced Wound Care 🩺

We’re proud to partner with Dr. Nirman Tulsyan, who rounds at Concord weekly and brings exceptional expertise to our residents.

A vascular surgeon and wound care specialist, Dr. Tulsyan, MD, FACS, RPVI, brings nearly two decades of experience treating complex arterial and venous conditions, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and limb preservation.

He is the founder and CEO of Heritage Wound Care, a physician-led organization dedicated to elevating wound care in skilled nursing settings.

Dr. Tulsyan completed his surgical training at Morristown Memorial Hospital and advanced fellowship training at the Cleveland Clinic, one of the nation’s leading centers for vascular care.

Welcome our new in-house Nurse Practitioner, Justine Samson, to Concord Rehab! 💙

Justine earned her Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University, specializing in family practice, and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to every patient she serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and son, along with beach trips, walks, and bike rides.

We’re excited to have her on our team and look forward to the care she will bring to our community.
