Similar to the Lotus Flower rising from the murky muddy water each of us has the ability to rise above and become the person we know to be. Incorporating past experiences or trauma, relationships, a mental illness, a disease, and/or fear into who we are strengthens independence. Independence is growing to our fullest potential in the muddiest of water.
