I love the principle of yin and Yang. Nothing is ever one thing everything is balanced. We too must live a balanced life. We cannot go all the time without rest, and if we rest all the time nothing gets done. Everything is a balance. Make sure you are taking care of yourself so that you are not thrown out of balance
