Cleveland Shambhala Meditation Center Founded in 1984, CSMC provides meditation instruction, Buddhist studies, and weekend retreats in Shambhala Training.

Free meditation instruction is always available from authorized members. Parking is available on streets around our Center. Check our website for complete list of classes and other offerings.

Join us for Group Meditation

“Meditation practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It’s about befriending who we are already.”

Meditation instruction is available for new meditators and is provided by an authorized instructor on Sundays and Tuesdays before open sitting. Please arrive 10 minutes early if you want instruction.

Meditation cushions are provided although you may bring your own if you have a favorite. Chairs are available for those whose physical needs require one.
