(1)

Founded in 2011, Cascade Sports is a leader in physical therapy for the active population, with a focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to sport. It is estimated that each year somewhere between 500,000 and 750,000 individuals in the United States will suffer a new sports injury, with a large majority of these injuries occurring in non-contact situations. These injuries occur prim

arily in young, healthy individuals, most commonly as a result of sudden changes in direction, deceleration, or overuse injuries from faulty movement patterns

Statistics show between 36%-87% reduction in injuries in athletes who participate in an injury prevention program that focuses not only on strengthening, but also on proprioceptive and neuromuscular control drills to provide a neurologic stimulus for the athlete to regain the dynamic stability needed for safe competition and improved performance.
