Dr. Hoover is getting his first Vitamin C injection into his glut. He was told it can be more uncomfortable unlike the other Vitamin injections. So he decided to do the "no flinch challenge." Can you tell if he flinched?

We are now offering Vitamin D shots at SOHMA! Now that there are less hours in the day and more overcast, we cannot get enough Vitamin D naturally from the sun 🌤 (that's assuming we were already getting enough natural sunlight in the first place).
Our medical providers will review labs with our patients and prescribe a series of Vitamin D injections based on their level of deficiency to help improve their immune system, bone health, heart health, and so much more!

Ozone Therapy Thursday!!
Dr. Hoover is receiving his third of five wellness Ozone Therapy treatments. We added a Myers Cocktail today (the yellow bag) because why not, and getting sick is not an option for him LOL!
Many people are getting under the weather lately, partly due to the change in weather. Now that we are in the Fall season, it's important to stay warm and avoid cold wind according to Eastern Medicine. Fall is the dry season, so be sure to stay hydrated. One way to do that is with IV Therapies.
