This past week, we wrapped our Marquis Year-End STARS event, where leaders from 112+ centers came together to listen, learn, collaborate, and inspire one another.
From powerful sessions led by some of the best in the industry to candid conversations about the future of care, the energy in the room was all about growth, vision, and shared purpose.
Barry Munk, Chief Executive Officer, opened the evening with a poignant and powerful reminder that the care the teams provide is God’s work, caring for His most vulnerable. We must hold this truth close to our hearts as our true reward in fulfilling His work.
We were deeply moved as our Founder and President, Norman Rokeach, reflected on how his vision—set in motion back in 2011—has been coming to life in every center, every team, every resident story.
Hilly Hill, our Chief Brand Officer, then brought the room to a hush with a personal story that captured the kind of quiet, steady, values-driven leadership Norman has modeled from day one.

For the first time ever, Norman introduced the Marquis Employee of the Year Award—and in a beautiful twist, the five nominees became five winners:
