Altitude sickness. One of the most common questions we get is how to avoid it. Altitude sickness typically kicks in at elevations around 7,500 to 8,000 feet. Especially for travelers, it’s always good to gradually increase your sea level elevation. Spend a night or two at 5,000 ft in Denver and then head up to the mountains. Paired with good hydration, this will keep you feelin’ much better up here.

“I made an appointment online and was able to get in within an hour on a Saturday morning. My visit was very pleasant from the time I checked in at the front desk to the doctor that helped me. I got a follow up call to see if I was feeling better which I was not expecting to receive. I also got a follow up email after that which makes me feel like they really care. I would definitely visit there again if I need to (hopefully not).”
