The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit representing hundreds of the nation’s most influential employers and purchasers of health care and supported by the Colorado Business Group on Health (CBGH) announced today the Fall 2019 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grades. You can click on this link to receive detailed information on the hospitals your employees use and hospitals nationwide.
The independent grading system assigns “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” and “F” letter grades to general acute-care hospitals in the U.S. based on their ability to protect patients from avoidable errors, injuries, accidents and infections.

The Hospital Safety Grade scores hospitals on how safe they keep their patients from errors, injuries, accidents, and infections.
