After an Embodyment session the client curls up on their side to rest and absorb the benefits of spinal release ☺️ then I ask: what are you aware of? Today she said “everything is wonderful!”

She came in with some body aches and wrist pain. After Embodyment yoga therapy she felt restored and more connected to her essence of being, grounded and stable.

Relief and improvement after her 1st yoga therapy session 🙌

This client has neck & shoulder pain. After her first yoga session with me she reported “it feels looser”. As we began her 2nd session we noticed she had more range of movement and using her arm didn’t hurt as much, she is maintaining some openings from the spinal release poses 💛 Incremental opening is the key to lasting change and she is on the road to recovery 🦋 ✨
