Quick Dental Tip: be mindful of when you brush, not just how.

Brushing right after eating or drinking something acidic (like coffee, citrus, or soda) can actually do more harm than good. Acid temporarily softens your enamel, and brushing too soon can wear it down.

Instead, wait about 30 minutes before brushing. In the meantime, a quick rinse with water can help.
